Download the Anthem Lockdown Entertainment Guide and help support Bath Mind

Charities rely on donations and fundraising, which at times like we’re experiencing right now becomes increasingly difficult. So to support our chosen charity, Bath Mind, Anthem is encouraging people to download the Anthem Ultimate Lockdown Entertainment Guide and in return make a donation to help others in need…

With the UK now facing unprecedented isolation measures and restrictions to the way we all lead our everyday lives, it’s more important than ever to think about the mental health and wellbeing of our communities. For many, particularly those with existing mental health problems, this is a particularly stressful and challenging time and so Bath Mind‘s mental health support services are critical and a lifeline for so many.

Bath Mind has sadly had to shut down many services during this time, but are focusing on offering as much phone/video support as they can. Plus they’ve come up with several new initiatives including an evening crisis support phone line, Skype counselling, Zoom Wellbeing Coffee Mornings and wellbeing packs. But of course they need funds to help keep these going.

What your money can do
£100 will pay for 5 sessions of 1:1 counselling via phone/Sype
£200 will pay for someone to join a weekly virtual Wellbeing Coffee Morning and get access to the online Get Creative sessions
£600 will pay for 16 key workers to get access to free online mental health workshops and resources

How you can help
Of course we’re not asking you to donate the amounts above, but every donation really does make a big difference and there’s never been a more important time to support your community. We really are all in this together. Bath Mind has many fundraising ideas that you could try here.

Anthem has come up with a way to help keep you entertained plus raise some much-needed money for Bath Mind by putting together our Ultimate Lockdown Entertainment Guide. Packed with 70+ pages of the best content from our award-winning magazines, you’ll get to indulge in colouring and dot-2-dot designs, baking recipes, vegan treats, mindful tips for self-care, running advice, the top 40 80s pop artists, essential double albums and much more.
